The client, a start-up software company, wanted to investigate why their customer retention and acquisition rates were falling, in contrast to their competitors.

Challenge

The primary issue was that the company was not effectively differentiating its product in a highly competitive market.

The lack of a comprehensive competitive analysis made it challenging for the company’s sales team to convincingly illustrate the advantages of their product to potential clients.

Action Steps

To address this critical issue, I conducted a detailed analysis of their software and the products of leading competitors in the US market.

The goal was to create a compelling comparison that their sales team could use to effectively communicate the product's strengths and benefits to potential customers.
